A: Yes, at this low price we ask that you prepare your photographs for scanning.

Q: What's the catch, these prices seems way too inexpensive for this service?
A: This is an introductory price to help us tell everyone about this service.

Q: How will I find an individual image on the CD? Do I have to look through all of them?
A: We offer two different types of index print sets, which help you, locate specific images.

Q: Several of my photos have priceless information written on the back. Is there any way to scan that information?
A: Yes, we can scan both sides so you have that information.

Q: May I have titles for years of family groups?
A: Yes, write or print the information on 4x6 cards and place them before that group.

Q: May I have prints made from these scans?
A: Yes, we are happy to make prints from some or all the scans.
